You can reach out to us via email to cancel, however if we have already sent it out it is non-refundable until the record is returned in mint condition.

You can reach out to us and if we have not shipped your order yet, we would be happy to combine shipping and refund shipping, when appropriate.
We can not guarantee this service though, so please reach out asap when you want to combine.

Short answer, shipping. A large majority of our pressings come from outside of the US already, in order to keep our margins thin and not over charge for a record we are currently only shipping within the US.
